1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We aim to process and ship all available orders within 3 working days. If a product is out of stock, please allow an additional 3-7 days for restocking and processing before shipment.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days. 
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 days. 

 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

4. What payment method do you offer?

We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. You can make payment even without a PayPal account.
